Tested it with High Sierra once it was given a clean bill of health I threw about 3 Hours and more money to get it up to a standard which I'd use it. So with any used machine before I threw money at it I tested everything, from the Memory to the Graphics Cards (As they die very easily). Intel Core i5 2.53GHz Dual Core with 4 Threads. So when I got it, it had been upgraded from 4GB of RAM to 8GB so that was a plus, something I didn't have to do but it needed practically everything else doing for it.

When I was shopping for a system to buy it had to be cheep (C'mon that 5k iMac cost me enough ) so I went to the one place that we all go when looking for used laptops. I've recently refurbished a Mid 2010 MacBook Pro 15 inch to use as my primary mobile machine, I don't really need bleeding edge specs as my 2017 5k iMac will do all the heavy lifting so the MacBook Pro will just be for my studies and my air cadet work.
